Daily toolbox meetings address procedures for emergencies like fires and security issues. All injuries, no matter how minor, must be reported immediately. This proactive approach fosters a culture of accountability and care.
Environmental Concerns
In Uganda, we strictly adhere to National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) guidelines, obtaining necessary clearances before project approvals. Our operations align with laws to positively impact the environment, recognizing its longevity as vital to our business.
Financing and Insurance
Funds for our operations come from profit recuperation and promoter injections, with additional support from regulated financial institutions for larger developments. All assets and liabilities are insured by our trusted partner, LIAISON, ensuring robust protection and exceptional results.
Machinery and Equipment
Beyond skilled personnel, we maintain a well-stocked yard with modern tools for engineering tasks. Arrangements with suppliers allow us to scale up as needed, supporting everything from interior design and furnishings to concrete production.

- More projects in the DRC in partnership with Pearl Oils (DRC) Ltd.
- Pearl Rice Ltd’s expansion to reach 40,000 tons of annual production, with exports to neighboring countries like the DRC to boost Uganda’s economy.
