Road Construction & Earth Works
Equipped with a fleet of modern machinery like excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, and backhoes, we specialize in gravel and asphalt road networks. We balance cost, maintenance, and lifespan by introducing innovations in construction. Key areas include road rehabilitation, new builds, and earthworks. Notable projects include the rehabilitation of the Bunia-Kamanda Road (75KM), Bunia-Mungbwalu Road (60KM), and Goli-Iga Barriere Road (165KM) in the DRC.
Real Estate & Property Development
Falcon is committed to providing premier real estate services. We’ve strengthened our market share by developing up to 10 filling stations now owned by Hass Petroleum, refurbishing the International University of East Africa (IUEA) in Kansanga, constructing Wanafunzi Hostels for IUEA students, and erecting bungalows in Kampala. Logistics
Our substantial fleet of trucks handles cargo across East and Central Africa. We’ve secured an ongoing contract with the World Food Programme (WFP) for supplying essential foodstuffs to their operations.
In addition to these, we’ve completed specialized projects like fabricating steel cages for fish farming, constructing valley dams with drainage and irrigation systems, and installing state-of-the-art surveillance and elevators in multi-floor blocks.
