Ownership and Management Structure
Proudly owned by a reputable Ugandan family with a long history of notable developments, Falcon Estates treats each subsidiary as an independent entity with its own management team. All report to the Managing Director, who in turn answers to the Board of Directors—the ultimate governing body responsible for strategic planning and execution. Supporting departments include Operations, Finance, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Logistics, and Maintenance, all supervised by dedicated managers.
Technical Expertise
Our technical structure is designed for seamless project implementation. Led by the Managing Director, it includes specialized teams in buildings, water and environment, roads and transport, and quality assurance. With highly skilled professionals like architects, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and site foremen, we ensure every project delivers quality craftsmanship and on-time completion.
